  • I can't weigh in with our schedual this week, wich is probly good cause my eating wasnt as good as it could've been. Eating Olive Garden leftovers tonight but gonna do my best to workout. I did workout twice this past week though. I just need to get this flippin' weight off but it's so stinking hard....Oh well, Onward and upward.

  • I weighed in feb 12  at 170 so i gained a couple pounds in a month but when the grandparents went to FL I didnt concintrate on my weightloss. Im back on track. I have ate well, and small portions.

    yesterday 2/18/10

    B- plain bagel w/ peanut butter & coffee w/ peppermint mocha creamer

    L- none

    D- chicken bbq & sweet potatoe fries

    W- 52 ozs

    325 crunches

    Today so far

    B- plain bagel w/ margerine, coffee 2x

    L- Fiber One 90 cal bar

    D- Im hoping for hibachi to go lol---green rolls and salmon and rice

  • this weight thing bites quite frankly..havent weighed in , in forever  hopefully I can tomorrow. Did good some days with eating but this week's a no go since we have the house to ourselves for the week. going to start working out again on mon.

  • Didn't weigh in this week but I did ok with food. Today is a new day though

    B- 2 peices of toast w/ cinnamon & suger, and coffee of course

    L- 90 calerie choc & pb fiber 1 bar yummo

    D- I know involes homemade mac n cheese (low fat milk and cheese) but thats all I know

  • I'm 168! Not sure how because I didn't excercise. I didn't eat perfectly either, but I'll take it. I've just been trying to make it choice by choice instead of freaking out about food.

  • Jumping into the new year trying to lose weight. I lose gain, lose gain. I hoping writng everything down will help me stick to it. I not going to cut out all junk food just limit it that way when I do have some I don't go crazy.
